Subscription Boxes- **Grace Period Policy**
Use this 'Grace Period Policy' to ensure you understand all about failed payments.
At House of Styles, we understand that occasional issues with payment methods can occur. To ensure a positive customer experience, we offer a grace period for failed payments before suspending or canceling a subscription.
Below is an outline of our grace period policy:
1.) Grace Period for Failed Payments
A. Duration: In the event of a failed payment, a grace period of **[7-14 days]** will be provided from the date of the failed transaction.
B. Notification: You will receive an automated email notification within [24-48 hours] informing you of the failed payment, along with instructions on how to update your payment method. We will also send you a reminder before the grace period expires.
C. Retry Payment: During the grace period, we will automatically attempt to process your payment up to 3 times. (e.g., at 3-day intervals) to allow for resolution of any issues with your payment method. ####
D. Consequences of Unresolved Failed Payment: If the payment remains unresolved at the end of the grace period, your subscription will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed or an alternative payment method is provided. If the payment is not completed within [14 days] from the original payment due date, your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer receive future boxes.
2.) How to Resolve Payment Issues
A. Update Payment Information: You can update your payment method at any time by logging into your account on our website. -
B. Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues updating your payment method or need assistance, we strongly advise you to please contact our customer support team at [houseofstyles7@gmail.com]. We are here to help! Our team is prepared to assist!
C. Reactivation of Suspended Subscriptions: If your subscription is suspended due to payment failure, you can reactivate it by resolving the payment issue. Once payment is successfully processed, we will promptly resume shipping your subscription boxes AS LONG AS it's within that box's theme month.
3.) Additional Terms:
A. Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for failed payments, but we will ensure that you receive the next box as soon as your payment is successfully processed as long as it's within that box's theme month. Keep in mind we only ship boxes every OTHER month. We will not ship any boxes in the month that does not have a theme.
B. Canceling the Subscription: If you prefer to cancel your subscription rather than resolve the payment issue, you can do so at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support. We value your business and want to ensure that you continue enjoying your subscription without disruption.
